01How does the waitlist work?
Join with your email. When a spot opens, Brooks writes to the list with the request form. If you used the configurator, your size and detail level come with your signup, so he already knows what you have in mind.
02Is the estimate the final price?
It's a starting point. The final price is confirmed by email once Brooks has seen your photos and the details of the piece.
03What photos should I send?
A few clear photos in good daylight, taken at your pet's eye level, with the face in sharp focus. More angles help.
04Cold press or wood panel?
Cold press is 140 lb paper with tooth and gives the most room for fine detail. Wood panel is a smooth hardwood surface with richer blacks and less texture.
05How are payment and timing handled?
Both are set out by email and in a short agreement before work starts.
